Storage & Retrieval - How does it work?
If required, we can supply boxes to your office for your
staff to fill and label.
When your documents are ready to be collected, you simply notify
us by phone, fax or by using our online forms above, and we collect
them from your premises and take them into secure storage.
If you require one or more of your boxes out of store, you simple contact us
and we deliver it to your door. It’s as simple as that! All boxes are
entered onto our computer system for accurate tracking and reporting.
We charge quarterly in advance for box storage and the initial collection of
boxes into store is free of charge! There is a modest charge for retrieval
and re-storage of boxes, depending upon your location. Our pricing policy is
simple, fair and reasonable, allowing you to easily budget for your likely
annual storage costs.
By moving bulky document archives out of your business, you can make better,
